		<description>I have the same problem... whenever I try to write about a movie that's not directly marketed to women or an action movie, commenters try and tell me that the lack of women characters is due to the fact that mainly men are going to watch the movie so there's no need.  Or the plotline just doesn't have any women.  

It seems too often that there's general movies and then "women's movies," implying that women go to women's movies and everyone goes to the general movies, so they should be geared towards men.  It's bullshit.</description>
