No, seriously.

According to teh Wiki,

Idolatry is a major sin in the Abrahamic religions regarding image. It is usually defined as worship of any cult image, idea, or object, as opposed to the worship of a God. In religions where such activity is not considered as sin, the term “idolatry” itself is absent.

A search of the Church’s archives of saucy teachings turns up not even one instance of the word.

Hence, there are no false idols in these fantabulous macaroni-lined frames! Good thing, because I made them specifically to display His Noodliness’s visage this FSMas season.

This is another simple project, though somewhat time consuming. Gluing individual pieces of macaroni to cheap-o Dollar Store frames is slower going than you’d think. And the festive pipe cleaners weren’t any easier, let me tell you wut.

The photos are Church-sanctioned, of course. What do you think I am, antipasto?!

Again, I printed these up on my home printer, but you can always order ‘em out if need be. I made another round of magnets when I ordered my FSMas cards from Sam’s, and they didn’t seem to notice the cartoon pasta from flying monkeys.

I also had a large silver frame just sitting around, so I resized this Classical portrait of our Chef and Baker, and sent it off to Kinko’s for printing. Even though I had to downsize the resolution to 147 pixels/inch (for a 14″x20″ print), the quality is magnifico! (Although it would have been nice if they had printed it without a 1/4″ border. Like, hello!)

Anywho, it looks stupendo over my fireplace.

The smaller photos found their way to a pirate display in the Garbato/Brady front window. But we’ll save that one for another day. Ditto the cute baby pipe-cleaner FSM on the mock Scream photo.
